OVEN
- Preheat oven to 200°C (fan forced oven)
- Remove product from packaging and in place in an oven-safe dish on the middle rack.
- Heat for 25 mins per 500g.
- Remove from oven and baste with pan juices.
- Return to oven and heat for further 5 minutes or until ribs have caramelised to your personal preference.
- Remove from oven and serve.
BBQ – Lid On
- Heat BBQ to medium heat.
- Remove product from packaging and in ribs on indirect heat and close lid.
- Heat for 30 mins per 500g, turning half way through.
- Remove from heat and slice, as desired.

Temperature Variation: Reheating times are a guide only and may vary according to power, age and condition of appliance used. Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Take care when handling heated products.
Product may be stored with or without refrigeration. Refrigeration required after opening. Enjoy within 3 days of opening.
