COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Products can be cooked from frozen or thawed. To thaw place Dim Sims in the refrigerator overnight.


	Prepare steamer with boiling water. Place Dim Sims into steam and cook for 15 minutes if thawed, or 20 minutes if frozen
	Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Place frozen Dim Sims in a single layer in the air fryer. Cook Dim Sims for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
	Deep fry Dim Sims in hot oil at 170° for 5 minutes if thawed or 8 minutes if frozen.
	Place Dim Sims into microwave safe container, with one teaspoon of water per Dim Sim. Cover and cook on high for approximately 40 seconds if thawed or 60 seconds if frozen.
