Preparation time- 5-10 minutes, plus standing time.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1-2 red chillies
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cm piece of ginger root
Method
- In a small bowl, lightly whisk the light soy sauce and sesame oil together.
- Finely slice the red chilli, peel and finely grate the garlic and ginger. Mix the chilli, garlic and ginger in to the soy and sesame mixture.
- Allow the flavours to infuse for 10-15 minutes before serving.
