OVEN

1. Preheat oven to 200°C (fan forced oven)
2. Remove product from packaging and in place in an oven-safe dish on the middle rack.
3. Heat for 25 mins per 500g.
4. Remove from oven and baste with pan juices.
5. Return to oven and heat for further 5 minutes or until ribs have caramelised to your personal preference.
6. Remove from oven and serve.

BBQ – Lid On

1. Heat BBQ to medium heat.
2. Remove product from packaging and in ribs on indirect heat and close lid.
3. Heat for 30 mins per 500g, turning half way through.
4. Remove from heat and slice, as desired.
