Gluten (Wheat)

Thawing: Place Gourmet Rolls in refrigerator overnight.

Deep Fry: Place thawed Gourmet Rolls in oil (190°C) for approximately 5-6 minutes until light golden colour. Remove Gourmet Rolls and place on absorbent material and let stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Shallow Fry: Place thawed Gourmet Rolls in a greased moderately hot frying pan, turn constantly until light golden colour. Remove Gourmet Rolls and place on absorbent material and let stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Oven Bake: Preheat a fan forced oven to 200°C. Place thawed Gourmet Rolls on a baking paper lined tray. Bake for 15– 20 minutes until light golden colour.

Cooking times are guide only and may vary according to power, age and condition of appliances used. Take care when handling heated products.

Caution: Filling may be very hot after heating

Do not refreeze thawed or cooked product.
If thawed, refrigerate and use within 24 hours.
