Gluten (Wheat)

Products can be cooked from frozen or thawed. To thaw place Dim Sims in the refrigerator overnight.

  1. Prepare steamer with boiling water.
  2. Place thawed Large Dim Sim in a steamer containing boiling water and heat for 15 minutes or for 30 minutes if frozen.

Deep Fry thawed Large Dim Sim for 12 minutes at 170°C or for 15 minutes if frozen.
