Gluten (WHEAT)
Thawing: Place Large Dim Sum in refrigerator overnight
Steam: Place thawed Large Dim Sum in a steamer containing boiling water and heat for 15 minutes or for 30 minutes if frozen.
Deep Fry: Fry thawed Large Dim Sum for 12 minutes at 170°C or for 15 minutes if frozen.

Store at or below -18°C at all times.
Do not refreeze thaw or cooked product.
If thawed out, use within 24 hours
