Preparation time 5-10 minutes
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Handful of fresh coriander
Method
- In a small bowl, lightly whisk the sweet chilli sauce, peanut oil and lime juice together.
- Roughly chop the coriander and stir it into the sweet chilli and lime sauce, just before serving.
